I teach Pilates in Herstmonceux 3 mornings a week. I am fully qualified and insured and have attended Pilates classes myself since 1999 continuing with workshops throughout the year.

Classes vary in age and experience and are 1 hour duration. Please call to seek advice as to which class would best suit your needs.

Wednesday - Herstmonceux Village Hall - 3 classes

9.30 a.m., 10.45 a.m., 12.00 p.m. Intermediate ability

Thursday - Herstmonceux Village Hall - 3 classes

9.30 a.m., 10.45 a.m., 12.00 p.m. Intermediate ability

Friday - Herstmonceux Village Hall - 1 class

10:15 a.m. - Mixed ability and beginners

Prices:

Attend 5 or more classes

£5 per class

Attend 4 or less classes

£6.50 per class

Single classes

£6.50 per class

Unfortunately due to high demand for these classes there will be no 'drop ins'.
